ERR.......THIS POST IS FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND DOES WHO DO NOT HAVE AN IDEA ON THE WHOLE ISSUE.
1) there is no chalet, no venues, no activities, no food, and only half of the attendance list is filled.
2)i suggest that we meet somewhere on a day next week and decide on what why where etc about the chalet.
3) the venue of the discussion MUST be somewhere near some chalets as we are able to check of any available slots at the same time.
4) ESP for ppl who dont know, the discussion is for planning, and not for any decision making.(IE BOOKING THE CHALET)
5) 6a ppl who can make it pls contact the oc.
6) attendance isn't complusory BUT strongly encouraged to go.( OC I THINK YOU MUSTMISTMUST GO COS YOU ARE THE organizers...i think)
my parents do not want to give me money to book the chalet first so oc pls TRY to ask anyone who's parents allow them to book the chalet. btw, who booked the chalet in june? meb can ask him/her again...
pls try your best to make this chalet possible cuz i am yearning for another successful and fun chalet=)
