There have been many requests to change the blogskin. I support this and I think we should have a test blog to experiment all our changes before we actually implement the HTML here. I am proposing this is because of the fact that we may screw up. I hope someone with good IT skills would take the lead in the test blog development.

Just also for suggestions, what do we name the test blog?
