Wee~ this should be the most updated, unless you want me post my convo with sy yesterday... haha (i dont save convo's)
Ok, my mum went dt east costa before and she said, the 'house' is like, you open the door is the room le, so, the house is yours, unlike george's condo like chalet that time. So, we decided to try to go for a double storey so we can celebrate a lil bit inside(try not to) and do most of it at pasir ris park. BBQ anyone? we have to book the pit. That one i can book. Now is the NTUC card problem, my uncle has the card and its not convenient for him to come down to book for us, so we have to get someone else to 'sponsor' the card. Total cost for double storey is $178 for 3d2n. Nice right so many days.
With double storey, we will have the girls upstairs(ya good for you all) and boys downstairs(on the floor,yay) If got some sissy boys dont want to sleep on floor, the sofa's yours, the res hope you all dont mind sleep on floor, if need sleeping bags i have 3 to supply(yay).
IF DONT HAVE DOBLE STOREY(awww sad) we need 2 chalet le. And the updated 2 chalet price formula is:
Girls in one chalet, Boys in one chalet.
OR
Mix girls and boys if both numbers are not even. So the people in chalet A pay $138/number of people. Same for the other. Im guessing there should be more boys than girls(quite obv) so a little mix should be fine, but with some rules for privacy....xD(dont think sick)

I think my convo with sy no effect le, now we dont have enough for 19people!!! The most for a double storey is 8(squeeze like shit) BUT WE HAVE 19!!!! Oh no, ok lets take it as 19, for 19 people, if you all are willing to pay a few bucks more, get 3 room then wont be so much of a squeeze, i think there should be more joining though... Try to get 24 people and we will be back to square one, each pay about ~$34.75 But we need to find a slot with 3 double storey rooms...T_T Now we need to sum up the numbers by Tuesday, April Fool's Day(erm this is no joke) We will try contact all of you, this is a hard task for so few people organising, so if we didnt contact you, we are terribly sorry, we will try our best. By that day, we will confirm the numbers and start to look for the dates to book....xD Most probably need 3 rooms.(2 storey)
Btw for ur info, double storey is bed upstairs the living room downstairs.
And extra info, those staying get ready at least 50-80$ To pay for chalet and food. If got some people dont mind bringing stuff to bbq, then its alright, no need pay for food, we just bring along food for bbq, then those people staying bring extra to buy your breakfast lunch dinner. Not enough nvm, someone will have extra to spare de....xD

Eh about the stuffs to bring, if you really dont know:
1. Your clothes, at least 4sets(try bring more in case of water activities)
2. Sleeping bag if have(dont have i have 2 extra)
3. $$
4. Pillow if you need(lol?)
5. Help to bring disposable utensils
6. Your other stuff, watch, wallet
IMPORTANT:
7. Torchlight in case, first aid kit(i'll bring mine)
8. Laptop anyone?(lol kidding la, try not to bring, i bring in case of anything whatsoever, NOT entertainment... This try not coz might get stolen, it will be quite a burden la)
9. Try to bring a large bag or a backpack if you have, those you use for camping. BIG bag!
10. Key locks, Padlocks(dont forget the code or lose the key, last time we had to hack open my friend's lock... Actually not, destroyed his bag(cut cut cut) Bring about 2, depends on how safe you wanabe)
